Tipard End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) forms a legal contract between you, the end user, and Tipard.net, the provider of software and related services. By proceeding with the installation, duplication, or use of the software and services offered by Tipard.net, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Your decision to install, copy, or use the software constitutes your full acceptance of all these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

License Grant and Restrictions on Use

The license only allows you to use the software in conjunction with Tipard.net products. It does not permit modifications or the creation of derivative works from the software. You are prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the software unless allowed by law. It is also forbidden to remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or patent notices from the software or distribute or share any part of it.

Trial Version

If you decide to download and install a trial version of the software, you are granted a limited license to use it for evaluation during the specified trial period. This license is strictly for testing purposes, and any use beyond the trial period is prohibited under this Agreement.

Installation

The software may only be installed on a single device, and you, the end user, must be the primary user of that device. This Agreement applies to all installations of the software. Installing the software on multiple devices is not allowed unless you purchase additional licenses for each device. You are responsible for any costs associated with installing and using the software.

Software Improvement Program

Tipard.net is dedicated to improving user experience and collects personal and non-personal information to enhance the software's functionality and ease of use. This data is not shared for illegal purposes or without your consent. You may opt out of the program by contacting Tipard.net if you do not wish to participate.

Activation

The software includes features designed to prevent unauthorized use, including controlling installations and limiting the number of devices on which the software can be installed under one license. You are required to activate the software within a specified time frame. If you encounter technical difficulties during activation, you should contact Tipard.net's Customer Service immediately for assistance.

License Transfer

Transferring the software license is only allowed with prior written permission from Tipard.net.

Warranty Disclaimer

Although Tipard.net strives to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the software and associated materials, it does not provide a full warranty. The company disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content. All products and services are subject to the sales contract and Terms and Conditions set by Tipard.net.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

Tipard.net is not responsible for any consequential damages that may arise from the use of the software, including damages caused by system failures or disruptions to work processes.

Limitation of Liability

Export Control

Taxes

You, as the end user, are solely responsible for paying any taxes or fees related to the product's license.

Termination

Tipard.net reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you fail to adhere to the specified terms. If this happens, you must delete all copies of the Tipard.net products in your possession.

Miscellaneous

It is forbidden to use the software in any way that violates local laws or infringes on the intellectual property of others. By using Tipard.net's product, you accept full responsibility for such usage, and Tipard.net assumes no liability beyond its outlined responsibilities. If the terms of this Agreement are unacceptable, do not download or install Tipard.net products. Additionally, minors are strictly prohibited from using Tipard.net's services to access illegal or immoral content.

Final Interpretation and Contact
